Accommodation Rules
To avoid misunderstanding, we would like to ask you to follow the following simple rules:
A person with a confirmed reservation number gets priority right to accommodation at the hotel. All other clients are placed on a first-come first-served basis.
Room reservation shall be confirmed when the Client receives unique reservation number.
If the reservation is not guaranteed by the company or a credit card, room reservation shall be booked until 18:00 on the day of arrival. In case the Client does not arrive until 18:00, the reservation shall be cancelled, and accommodation of the Client shall be proceeded on a first-come first-served basis.
To be qualified for the stay the Client shall present to the reception one of the following documents: passport (civilian or foreign), identity card, military ID or other document, issued in the prescribed manner and confirming the identity of the citizen.
The Client shall fill out a registration card to be given to reception employee together with the above-mentioned document. Upon accommodation without reservation the Client chooses the room and pays the rate and receives the key to the room.
Accommodation of pets, birds and reptiles is strictly prohibited at the hotel.
Accommodation is paid based on the number of the hotel days *. Check-in time is 12:00 local time, check-out time is 14.00 local time and payroll hour is 12:00 local time.
In case of early check-in time a fee for the Client will be charged in the following order:- no more than 5 hours before the payroll hour – the fee is for half a day;
- 5 to 24 hours before the payroll hour – the fee is for full day.
In case of delayed check-out the fee to the Client will be charged in the following order:
- no more than 5 hours after payroll hour – the fee is for half a day;
- 5 to 24 hours after payroll hour – the fee is for full day.
Hotel night -
from 14:00 the present day
till 12:00 the next day.Information about prices for additional services is available at the reception area. Fee rates are charged depending on the type of the room and services provided to the Client.
Accommodation of children under 6 years (upon family accommodation) without giving the child a separate room is free of charge. Providing children aged 6 to 12 years with additional places will be charged at special rates. The information on special rates is available at the reception.
The administration provides the Client with an opportunity to stay through the end of the paid period only. After the end of the paid period the accommodation of the Client at his/her will, may be extended only upon availability of free rooms. This condition shall be communicated to the Client upon conclusion of the accommodation contract (acceptance of the application or payment).
The Client is obliged to comply with fire safety rules and instructions for use of electric appliances in the room.
In accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic the Client reimburses for loss of or damage to property of the hotel, and the Client is also liable for violations committed by persons invited by the Client.
The Administration is not responsible for valuables that were not deposited to the safe.
Messing up at the territory of CLUB HOTEL is prohibited. Urns and ashtrays are provided for garbage collection. The administration of CLUB HOTEL has the right to leave the penalty against the Client for violation of this rule.
Upon check-out time the Client is obliged to hand over the room to a maid and then to hand over the keys from the room to administrator at the reception and to pay for the services, indicated on the account of the Client, if the third party does not officially state to be responsible for payment of his/her account. After payment is done, the bill for accommodation with details of services rendered is issued to the Client.
